Delete your KOMOJI account

KOMOJI is an app published by Studio Vaxa.

In the app (the easiest way)

Open KOMOJI and go to the Profile tab.
At the very bottom, tap "Delete my account" (or "Delete my data" if you have no email account).
Confirm.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

If you no longer have the app

Write to us at komoji [at] studiovaxa [dot] com from the email address of your account, with the subject "KOMOJI account deletion". We will delete your account and reply within one month at most.

A profile created without an email address (no account) is not linked to any address: we cannot find it. It can only be deleted from the app.

What is deleted

Your profile (username, invitation code, privacy settings), your games, your Sprints, your streak, your friends, your email address and its fingerprint.

What may remain for a short time

Backup copies of the database, for 14 days at most, after which they disappear.
